Hey, does anyone know the decision date for Cornell? It's not posted on College Board.. do they do rolling admissions?

From the FAQs:

When should I expect to hear the decision on my application, and how will I be informed?

Decisions for transfer applicants are made on a rolling basis. We begin communicating decisions approximately 4 weeks after the deadline and continuing communicating them for an additional 6 weeks. Please note that many decisions are delayed because the application was not complete by the deadline. Applicants will receive an admissions decision letter by regular mail.

Thank you! Also… when do you get a Cornell ID?

I already have mine. I guess it depends on when your materials are received.

In general you get it a couple days after submitting the common app and supplement.

I never knew Arts and Sciences was rolling? How can it be rolling when they want our midterm reports?

Decisions are rolling depending on when they get your full app, but there’s no advantage to submitting before someone else.

I submitted my application about 3 to 4 days ago, and I still do not have a Cornell ID. They asked me for one on my financial aid form that I had to sign, but I just put my Common App #.

Somewhere around May. However, here is a way to find out early if you are admitting. IF you can log into the housing application SUCCESSFULLY and start it, it means that you have been admitted. Remember, having the ability to log into the housing application means you are in! Best of luck!
