<p>Don't know. But this is all so ridiculous, that maybe they would be able to access it. Maybe to check their FA award? Maybe they receive online notification, as well as getting mailed the acceptance letter? Maybe not? But, it's not like anyone can say anything with great certainty, so why not just check?</p>
