Cornell Fall 2018 Transfer Thread

@Boroboro definitely a while before the deadline

Late March? @jessicaw313

I had everything in by January besides the mid term report I submitted In early March

@jessicaw313 I would say its fair to expect a decision tomorrow for you. Maybe they just haven’t created any pin yet for tomorrow since nobody seems to be having it yet. Your transfer transcript also changed to ordered, which is a good sign! (I think at least lol). Good luck!!!

good luck!!!

Is there anyone who applied for math (CAS)? lol

Does anybody know if our applications are reviewed in the order they are sent for review? If so, does this mean that the apps that were sent for review early receive the decisions earlier?

FYI financial aid transcript that was ordered just disappeared completely from the fin aid portal

Pin trick isn’t working, so sad. I’m way too impatient for this lol

@TheCrumpeteer are you a GT or regular transfer? Are you an international student? (I heard some international student don’t see transfer transcript on their financial aid to do list, not sure if this info is correct tho) and what major are you applying to?

regular, CAS

domestic

How do you guys check PIN and see when your decision will come out?

how to check PIN?

Will there be an email for the pin?

Has anyone been told they are getting transfer decisions this Tuesday?

Not yet from what I have seen, but someone on the thread did call Cornell and they said decisions will be released every Tuesday from now until may-june @DBaf20

My transfer transcript disappeared from my fin aid checklist too…

Go to: https://decision.applyyourself.com/fl_login.aspx?id=cornellu

…for the pin trick. Forgot your PIN and enter your email associated with your application. Mine still cannot be found, so I am not expecting a decision this week.

My financial aid transcript is also still in my financial aid to do list and it says initiated. My application was complete a little more than a month ago.

Can someone explain the whole “transcript ordered/financial aid/PIN trick” stuff to me? I’m so lost…
