In comparison Cornell is charging me $7,000 more than the rest of my schools, and this is only taking into account my Finanacial Aid. Why is Cornell so cheap in handing out its financial aid, I mean they have a $4 billion dollar endowment.

Which other colleges? I'm tempted to say it's because Cornell has more students, but I'm not really sure :

Take Princeton, for example. They have a $11.8 billion endowment for 4,635 undergraduates (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Princeton_University), while Cornell has a $3.847 billion endowment for 13,625 undergraduates (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cornell).

haha or something like that?

yup, Cornell will not give you as much aid because they know you'll come anyways :P

I received $14000 in aid at my first college, and upon transferring to Cornell that fell to $8000
