I'm about to schedule my ILR phone interview...but I have no idea what they'll be asking. I am no expert on Cornell or the ILR schoo. I hope the interviewers don't expect that we know a tremendous amount about the school. What I do know, however, is that Cornell ILR is the place to be for people who want to go into law, mediation, corporate relations, etc. Has anyone had this interview yet that can offer tips?

Those really aren't the focus of ILR. I suggest you browse the website/literature and figure out why specifically the program meets your needs.

The interview was very informal, but the question "why ILR" should be more or less a reiteration of your essay.

well, I did browse the website prior to applying and have done so quite frequently as of recently. If you could put it in your own words, what is ILR really about? thanks for the help!
