Cornell ILR

I keep hearing this rumor that Cornell does not care about the writing section in the SATs, and just cares about the 1600 total (math and reading). Obviously, Cornell has a lot of schools, and I am thinking of applying to ILR. I was wandering if ILR cares about the writing section.

It would be great if Cornell ILR doesn't care about the writing section because my lowest score is on the writing section
(760 Reading 750 Math and 650 Writing).

So is this rumor somewhat true? And does Cornell ILR care about writing sections on the SATs??

Writing very important to ILR School

@bigred1985‌ Elaborate. Yea, the ILR School finds writing skills very important, but @danp319‌ was wondering about SAT Writing how much stock ILR places in those scores.
