yep, I think every international applicant has that.
nahh, someone called the admissions office, and apparently, it’s just some glitch. I also emailed them about it and they said they have received my CSS profile and told me not to worry about that. In addition to that, they also wrote that financial aid checklist is not active for international students.

Is anyone else having trouble accessing their financial aid status page. I used to be able to see mine, but now when I click on the link it just says: You are not authorized to access this component.

Yes I can.
The Cornell Sun reports that 2/3s of legacy candidates are turned down in the ED round, which is when legacy counts the most. So I suppose if there are a lot of legacy admits at Cornell, it’s also because many apply.
