Cornell to LaGuardia - Labor Day Weekend

Current Cornell Students,

I'm a freshman headed to LaGuardia Airport this Saturday to catch a flight to Baltimore at around 5 PM for Labor Day weekend. Is anybody who lives in the NYC area, anywhere close to LaGuardia, headed home for the long weekend? If so, could I hitch a ride? I'm willing to pay a little bit of gas money, and it's much cheaper and more personable than taking a Greyhound to Port Authority.

If you are available for this, feel free to send me a private message or just post here, and we can exchange contact information and discuss the specifics.

Thanks!

Probably too late now, but my first thought is that there are easier ways to get to Baltimore than driving to NYC and then flying.

You could fly Ithaca to Philly, and then Amtrak it over to B’more. Or even share a ride to any of the Amtrak cities in NJ or PA and Amtrak from there. You could find a ride to B’more directly – it’s 5 hours. I’m thinking there might be a bus to that area. Just some ideas for next time.

Yeah, it’s a bit late now, but thanks for the advice!
