Cornell Transfer Deadline Extended to 3/26

<p>Just spoke w/Transfer Admissions at Cornell to find out what time today (3/15) the transfer apps. are due. She said they just decided today to extend the deadline until next Friday, March 26th!!!!</p>

<p>Wouldn't joke about this with any of you --but if you do doubt me, just call and ask yourselves!</p>

<p>I don’t know what, if anything, it means either – just very glad!!! I heard that last year the deadline was also extended a bit. </p>

<p>I saw that too ^ I just called ILR and the woman said it’s fine if the apps are in a few days late, but nothing definitive.</p>

<p>Oh ok. I was still going to submit my stuff today, I was just going to be less stressed and rejoice that there would be others applying after me. Guess I’m sticking to the plan</p>

<p>All I can say is that’s what the woman in admissions told me on the phone earlier today. I do note that it doesn’t state same on the website. The office is now closed (I just called) so I don’t know what advice to give you :(</p>

<p>I ,too, spoke to the ILR lady and Ian himself, she said that some ppl aren’t submitting their common app because they said they are exp problems with it. I asked her about the march 26th deadline, she said nothing of it. She said just get it in asap. By paper or online.</p>

<p>Hey so I was stoked on this grace period because it has given me the time to polish up my essays and application. However I just went to submit it and I can’t choose a registration deadline because according to the common app the deadline has already passed!!! What do I need to do?? Paper app? Is anyone else having this problem? ahhhh</p>

<p>Nope I’m in Southern California, but I called and they said it was 12 PM deadline ET so 9 here. The last mail pick up was 15 minutes ago so I cant snail mail it. The thing is, they didn’t update the deadline on the common app so it wont let me check the circle next to Mar 16th (original deadline) Am I screwed :(? any one have any advice?</p>
