Yes, I asked my son to look at it again, even though we didnât get an email saying it had been updated, and it was updated. I understand while they are working on it you may get an access denied warning.
I donât think Cornell is worth the $50k difference per year over the state school he is currently in. I have a call with them later this week. I feel:

When I called to ask about aid they said they release after 5pm ET on Wednesday, but it sounds like have told people different times so itâs kinda hard to tell when theyâll be out

I lost my job half way thru 2019 and with Covid, given my line of work, havenât been able to find work. They are using all my income even though I wrote a special circumstance essay, they chose to ignore it.

With the amount of emails theyâre bombarded with on a regular, I wouldnât be surprised. As I said, I think you should call them and place heavy emphasis on it, hopefully they reevaluate your aid.
