I am planning on going into premed and was wondering which college would be better for me. There really is no money issue in deciding between the two and I do not care about the location of either. Cornell is an ivy league school but the Stony Brook Honors College was very selective and accepted only 60 of 2700 applicants to their honors college, and said the avg SAT score was above 1450, and gpa above 95. Both colleges are very impressive and I have to decide soon (2 days or so). Which college should I choose/ Which would be better for a premed?

Shouldn’t Cornell be a better choice?

The Cornell name will carry you further with connections and networking than the SUNY SB name will. I honestly think Cornell is the obvious choice here, all else being equal, but it’s not my school to choose…

Agreed. If money, location, etc. are not deciding factors, then I don’t see why you wouldn’t choose Cornell…

Is this a serious question? Cornell!
