Correcting mid-year report mistakes after submitted HELP

D’s counselor submitted her mid-year report to the common app yesterday and we subsequently discovered several issues in the high school portal regarding D’s grades and coursework for the first semester.

First, and less important, an incorrect final grade was listed in one of D’s first semester classes. It was not a huge error but D actually received an 88 (B+) not an 86 (B). She had all A’s or A-‘s in the rest of her classes. The incorrect grade was also calculated into her GPA.

Second, and more troubling, D’s transcript in her school portal does not show credit for a college class that D took first semester for high school credit only. I assume that the transcript gets sent with the mid-year report? The grade appears as a Pass in her report card in the portal but it’s not listed on her transcript.

Of course, we just noticed this and it is school vacation week and none of this will be brought up to her counselor or resolved during the time off.

D also has to self report her grades by completing SRAR reports for two of the schools. This complicates things further.

Do we sit tight for the week until it can be resolved with D’s counselor or does D need to get in touch with her schools pro-actively ? I am less concerned about the small grade difference in one class than about the entire class missing from D’s transcript!

Please help. Thank you for any suggestions.
