Correction: UVa is using CSS Profile for Incoming Students for Fin. Aid

U.Va. Financial Aid - Entering/Transfer Students

Yesterday, I posted some inaccurate info at the very beginning on another thread, but was not able to delete it. For incoming students, the correct link is above.

For incoming 2011-2 students, UVa is using the CSS Profile and the fafsa for financial aid.

(The confusion arises if someone clicks on the "Admitted Student" financial aid link at the center of the main financial aid home page. It takes you to last year's information, which required a completely different form, and it did not identify it as 2010 information. I asked the financial aid office to add a more prominent link for 2011 from the main Financial aid homepage. Also, when you go to search for colleges that use the CSS Profile on the CSS Profile website, and type in "University of Virginia", it says there is "no listing". The listing is is under "Univ. of Virginia." )

I don’t see this link. I just see one that says “Information for Students Admitted for 2010-2011.” [The information for different types of students is on the site](http://www.virginia.edu/financialaid/undergraduate.php), as SFS works with all students, not just first years.

I sent them an email this morning asking them to add the “2010-1” date and they just did.

Problem fixed.
