Since I live in San Diego, CA, which is on the other side of the country, I would have to fly to go back. </p>
<p>So that makes it about $53,982 for me per year. </p>
<p>$215,928 by the time I'm out!</p>
<p>My family income is around 70K</p>
<p>what would I expect to receive in financial aid??</p>

<p>im in the same position as you....NYU is one of the most expensive schools out there and im not so sure how generous they are with their need-based financial aid. my mom doesnt want me to apply because our family makes under 50,000 and we just wouldnt be able to afford it....PLUS i heard from one of my sisters friends that went to NYU that they have this two year scholarship thing...meaning they only give a FA package for two years. if anyone else knows more PLEZZZEE HELP. im on the fence about applying</p>
