On my counselor recommendation, I’m almost positive my guidance counselor didn’t mention all of the extra curriculars I was involved in. Would a college think I was lying on my application because my counselor didn’t talk about these activities? This may seem small, but it’s really stressing me out.
your counselor is not required/supposed to list your ECs. 2) Colleges don’t specific info about the school mostly; you’re of secondary importance 3) most colleges don’t evaluate any ECs, whether listed by you or corroborated by others. 4) those that do consider them, believe you on face value – they don’t expect a counselor to recounting that laundry list anyway.
1/ This is hypothetical since you have no idea what your GC wrote.
2/ I doubt any GC is going to list the entire laundry list of EC’s. I would assume they covered the major ones. Now if you won a Nobel Prize and the GC did not mention it, you might have something to worry about. Otherwise, chill.
