could anyone tell me my chances? NYU, UCLA, UCSB

<p>Which college should I apply to?
-I'm EXTREMELY involved in school:with clubs(class of 13 junior class princess, Officer for 3 clubs and co-founder of one)
-National honor society
-California scholarship federation club
-Avid for 3 years
-SAT 2010~
-GPA 3.5~
-taken 4 AP classes, 5 Honors (been on honor roll since freshman year)
-sports(cheer leading/drill)
-star awards
-I've battled though depression
-do lots of community service
- I have had a rough childhood(practically an orphan) --> made me more independent and mature (great personal statement)
- scholarship to Studied abroad in Thailand for community service (100 hours for 8 weeks)</p>

<p>I know I am not the smartest kid, but I have accomplished many things and I hope that makes me stand out in some way.</p>

<p>For NYU and UCLA, your GPA might be a bit low. UCSB seems very doable though!:slight_smile: Try taking the ACT to see if you can score higher than you did for the SAT. Have you also taken any SATII’s? Although they’re not required for the UCs, it can help your application. Keep working on the GPA!:slight_smile: good luck.</p>
