My plans fell through at the last minute so I'll be looking at a variety of places tomorrow and Friday. Does anyone know anything specific about

University Terrace
Gateway at Glades
Estates
Casablanca West
College Manor
Royal Village
Gainesville Place
Polos
Oxford terrace

I'll be doing plenty of my own analysis, but has anyone lived here or heard things that I'm unlikely to figure out from a brief tour

On your list, in my opinion, the # 1 choice is Estates-
Also, near Estates is Canopy, which I believe is much nicer
and not that more expensive. About one mile from UF.

Gainesville Place
House in a sick location 2 blocks from the NE part of campus
Royal Village
Polos
University Terrace
Casablanca(which is $350 for everything)

Estates person didn’t seem as helpful/interested as some of the others and I don’t want to put more effort into this process than I have to.

Obviously this is your choice, but you may want
to do a goggle search and read what previous
tenants have posted about their experiences
while living at Royal Villages.
It appears that you are looking for the
cheapest housing option and like anything
in life, you get what you pay for.
Good Luck !

Anyone heard of 2nd Ave Centre? I’m looking to live somewhere on university close to campus and they were one of the cheapest places I could find.

if you’re looking for more information on 2nd ave centre, look for information about jefferson or jefferson 2nd ave. they changed their name recently, but its the same apartment complex.

cool, just signed the lease today. 5 day transitional period before I can move in is kinda lame but I’m happy to be in a pretty nice place within reasonable walking distance of classes/bars.

Anyone looking for an apartment or roommate? Just signed a lease at The Estates At Sorority Row. Pre med / chem major . Email me at laurenpolakoff2011@**********
