Couldn't fill out self-reported academic record..

<p>I ran out of time and couldn't fill out self-reported academic record, as well as attaching my 2nd transcript from the first school i attended. (i went to 2 schools) I literally had a panic attack and almost cried, but I managed to submit my application 2 minutes before the deadline... </p>

<p>What should i do? Do you think I can mail in my transcript? What can i do about not filling in the academic record? </p>

<p>Please help me..</p>

<p>Call the admissions office asap tomorrow morning and ask them what to do next. I imagine they would understand.</p>
