<p>Is the counselor recommendation on a different form from the secondary school report? I ask because it was my impression that they were on the same form, but on Penn's Portal it says the secondary school report is in but the GC recommendation is not.

<p>i have the same thing. counselor rec is attached to secondary school report, which they say they have, yet they have not processed the counselor rec.
i doubt its something different, as the counselor form asks similar evaluation questions and has the rec spot.
when i emailed them they said it takes time to process even if documents are sent together and also to not send things again, that they would notify me if anything is missing.</p>
