<p>I can not find the form anywhere. I'm using the common app and I have to mail everything in because my school is not able to send transcripts electronically. </p>
<p>Can anyone please post the link of the form my counselor needs to feel out? She known to send the Secondary School Report, but I can't find the form for the recommendation.</p>

<p>The secondary school report is the only form your counselor needs to fill out.</p>
<p>BTW, even if your counselor is fill out the paper forms, you should submit your application online.</p>
<p>Well the common app says to either submit everything online, or on paper. So if my counselor needs to submit the SSR by mail, then I would probably want to submit the rest of my app on paper.</p>
<p>On the U of Virginia website it says a counselor recommendation is mandatory. I was looking for the form.</p>
<p>The Common App was referring to the fact that if you submit the basic online, you also should submit the supplement online.</p>
<p>The counselor recommendation has always been part of the secondary school report. The questions are woven right into that form.</p>
