Which makes your scores even more impressive Saer!

Really? Holy crap! I didn't know that! Major self esteem boost, guys, thank you! I've been getting the nerves of all sorts recently... :o

If that is true you made my day...! I am a couple years younger than the average age of students applying for my grade (sophomore) and I thought the 89% which I got was against people my age... I guess not :)

Major self esteem boost, yet still doubt I will get into E/A/C

Yah principal, I scored similarly.

Don't worry. SSAT's are not everything. SPS's average is an 88%. Deerfield is a 90%. EC's are vital. Personally, I think that the interview may be the most important aspect of admission

When I had an interview at Groton their was an oriental male who was picking his nose before his interview. He looked like a genious, but I doubt he has a chance. Eventually his interviewer arrived and the admission officer put out his hand (too shake) and this dude continued to pick his nose. I am not being facetious. He had absolutely no social graces. The admission officer looked disgusted... lol

I call hosting the 2013 master list of acceptances

Youuu got it! I call hosting the OFFICIAL (not the random ones that keep popping up) What to Bring list. We shall crush those who oppose us.

I call hosting the decisions+stats thread! I already posted one in my excitement, but it died quite a while ago.

Bleh, when I get in(positive mindset) I'll probably post on CC and then leave until sometime in september when i'm finally at whatever school...

Haha, true, true. So, we've got benevolent for the master list, Tom for the stats thread, and me for what to bring. oooh yeah we are so prepared.

Organization is definitely a major fort

Of couuuurse. And yet, I haven't even started NMH or Andover applications... yikes.

I think that, at least with our busy lifestyles, it's acceptable, as long as we're willing to put just as much time into our tasks as we would if we worked on them over an extended period of time.

...And there's always this weekend. I don't think I'd mind sitting down and putting some final touches on my apps - not like I have anything other than a mountain of homework to do. And when I say mountain, I mean it...

I applied to 8 schools. I have done 7. Andover is the only one remaining. My transcripts were mailed in late November, and yet here I sit writing in my mathematical journal... Grades are insignificant at a time like this. We all should be touching up apps and stuff. I don't know if it is just me, but completing homework has somehow become a habitual action that I cannot end. I really should be doing Andover though!

Hey benevolent, what school do you want to go to the most?

haha. I've been reading this thread for a whole week, but I just realized that the name is kind of ironic. "countdown to acceptance letters", I mean good thing you're being so optimistic but it really should be something like "countdown to decision letters". I just kind of felt like pointing that out, i thouhgt it was kind of funny too. but keep up the high hopes (I'm hopin' high as well)

Lol, well read the first post also.

I've sent them all off, I'm just really nervous about them getting it or not. AHH!

46 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ugh, the andover essay is killing me ):

In response to mickmouse,

My #1 choice is Middlesex, followed by SPS and Hotchkiss. I love Middlesex. I would do anything to get accepted.
