I have contacted Roger and he said he will pin it up to the top of this forum like the 2009 Master List. I am very excited, so I just thought I would make sure everyone was aware that there is no need to panic 
I encourage everyone to go and look at it to understand how it is formated, unless it is really important, I would prefer that no one post on it until D-Day. Thank you and have a nice day!</p>

<p>Do schools mail out on m10, or do they mail earler, so its received by m10. If its the former m10 could be upto m15. Which is just more torture.</p>
<p>in general, the schools will usually mail them on march 9th with priority, meaning that people nearby should get it next day, and people further away will get them on the 11th or 12th.</p>
