Countdown to March 10th!

Wow cherry rose that’s a bummer. Good luck though!!

Thanks. You too!

I found this really cool Andover rap video that was made entirely by seniors as a “final farewell to their school”. It’s supposed to be a Google-certified viral. [The Andover Song - YouTube](<a href=“The Andover Song - YouTube”>The Andover Song - YouTube) It reminds me of the “That’s Why I Chose Yale” admissions vid, which was also student produced, but it’s a lot catchier.

^Oh yeah I saw it when I just started applying haha! It really is quite cool :)

40 DAYS!

I’M SO FREAKING EXCITED… but incredibly nervous and anxious as well…

The guy with the red hair towards the end of the video was my interviewer!!!

Mine’s not in there. Probably too busy interviewing  ;)

@aubreygal - HAHA that tickled me for some reason! The girl who said “Fred Flintstone” can sing crazy well omg.

Casey McQuillen? She has a CD out.

@blehjoints Is that the one wearing the dress type thing or the one wearing that purple shirt? Haha, I try to be funny :stuck_out_tongue: :D

Has anyone here applied to Groton for freshman year? Or Choate?

^ Applying to Choate!!

YES EXETER FINALLY RECEIVED MY ESSAYS, after many minor mishaps with the post office. HUZZAH!!! !

Anyone applying to SPS?

Yeah I am. Just visited and loved it. I was kind of surprised because I’m not religious at all.

helloel - Could you describe the visit a little more? Like the campus, people, teachers, dorms, etc.? St. Paul’s was initially my first choice school, but my mom wouldn’t let me apply due to the distance away from my hometown.

Applying to SPS too

Ballerina22: I absolutely loved that it was 100 percent boarding, the community felt so whole. The people were very friendly, probably the nicest I’ve met on a school visit. The campus is very secluded, but gorgeous even though I was there in a day of freezing rain hah. It was extremely hard to walk without falling.

I didn’t meet any of the teachers so I can’t tell you much about that. Oh, and the campus is pretty spread out. The chapel was built to be less religiously focused. Like the pews don’t face the altar, they face each other. And there’s podiums for student announcements. They also have a really nice indoor turf training field and track.

Also applying to SPS! What really stood out to me about the campus was how it was arranged in a circle - they literally call it “The Circle”, which made getting around easier and seemed less likely to get lost in. :stuck_out_tongue: Also, like helloel, I really REALLY liked the 100% boarding part. :D

@aubreygal - the dress type thing i think! :D

guys it’s february! so nervous! all the best for what comes in a month and 10 days! :D
