Couple of questions about my score.

I'm so damn ****ed off. Check out my score (with the December scores in parentheses).

CR: 670 (630)
M: 600 (630)
W: 630 (630)

1890 last time. Only a 1900 this time.

How bad will it look that I dropped 30 points in Math?

Also, is there anything I can do about this? I know I did a lot better in Math this time around but I made a huge mistake! On one of the sections, I skipped a couple of problems midway through in my mind, but on the answer sheet, I kept on filling in answers. For example, I skipped #15 and put the answer for #16 next to #15, making most of those answers incorrect. I know if I didn't do that, I would've done much better on Math. Probably about 650 at least.

I'm also disappointed that I only got a 7 on my essay.

One last question, after this abomination, I'm planning on retaking in June (already signed up for the Subject Tests in May). Will it look bad that I had to take the test 3 times?

The SAT math section is notorious for harsh curves; as such, the same number of questions wrong one day may result in a lower score the next. I would not worry too much about it…the drop was not significant enough to merit further explanation.

Your scores look very consistent that difference in math could be one more problem wrong which is normal fluctuation.

And no three times doesn’t look bad as long as there is improvement. You don’t seem to be improving at all so unless you are drastically changing your approach and are sure that your score will increase significantly then don’t take it again.
