Couple of questions..

Is it ok if some of my essays (the majority) on the common app are only about 450-500 words? It says dont exceed the 6000 character limit and I am only at 3000. Is this ok?

Second question. Is there any way to make copies of filled out forms (such as teacher recs. or counselor recs.)? Because my teachers and counselor don't normally do this.

Oh yeah and last question. On the common app i did "topic of your choice". So at the top of the essay I put
Topic : (then after that i put the topic or the question).

Is this fine? How else can I put the topic w/o putting it in the essay?

Thanks!

The Common App's instructions for the short answer (EC) give a limit of 150 words, and the long one at 500 words. The character limit is a programming limit, but has nothing to do with how long your essay should be.

And yes, you don't have to put the topic in the essay itself.
