Course Registration

Okay so, I'm reading the instruction booklet, and I have a few questions.

For the iSchool, you can go a route of either six credits in mathematics, or six credits in language. So if I go the mathematics route, I NEVER ever, ever, have to take a language class at Syracuse? There is nothing I hate more than foreign languages.

I am doing the SummerStart program, I figured I would take Pre-Calc (Mat 194) since I will need it for Calculus, but since Mat 194 is 3-credits, and and then Mat 112 is another 3-credits would that fulfill my minimum graduation requirement. So would I have to be taking al of these Calculus and above classes?

For SummerStart they offer WRT104 and WRT105, how do you know which you will be taking, so I don't end up registering for WRT105 for my fall semester and taking it during the summer.

So I am not sure what classes I should choose lol.

For your third question about WRT 104 vs. WRT 105, I believe it is based on the placement testing which you should be doing this June on Language, Math and Writing. Some people last year were automatically assigned to either WRT 104 or WRT 105.And I believe it was based on the placement tests. Watch out for them this June. Sorry I cannot answer your other question as I am not quite familiar with the I-school and Calculus courses and it’s pre-requisites. Call your home college and ask. Good luck. Feel free to Private message me for any more questions.
