Course Selection- CS or year of Language

Hey,

I’m entering junior year, and I’m trying to make the decision whether to take Spanish 2 and 3 next year, or take CS 1 and 2 next year. I have been taking Latin for the past 2 years, but I don’t think that I want to pursue it.

If I do take CS 1 and 2 next year, I have the option to take Spanish 3 senior year first semester. But if I take Spanish 2 and this next year, I can take CS senior year first semester. I want to apply to colleges, and major in CS, but minor in finance.

I’m sorry, I don’t really understand the options. Can you clarify it a little more?

Yeah, that post is very confusing. How can you jump into Spanish 3 if you don’t take Spanish next year?

Anyway, I think it really depends to the level of colleges you are targeting.
