<p>My daughter just sent in the common app with the essay and additional info on 2 summer programs she attended. She also wrote a personal statement regarding why her grades are low (she's gt/ld, but had bouts of depression, LD's and a very negative school which she did not mention) which she is sending via email. She's stuck on writing the cover letter and was wondering if anyone had any ideas of how best to explain what she is attaching.</p>
