So im writing my cover letter for JP morgan's honors program for freshmen/sophs, and i have NO clue what experience to highlight in it. What would be advisable? I've had a wide range of experience, from research (several years) to starting a tutoring business that supports an NGO in india. I have no clue what to write! The deadline for the resume drop off is in a couple days, please help!

Right, well firstly google what skills Investment bankers need: e.g. time management, organisation, etc... Make a list of about 4-5.

Then try and think about which of your work placements/EC's helped you gain these skills or work on them.

Finally, write about them and show how your work placement / EC allowed you to gain / work on these skills.

Voil

Don't sweat it too much. No one really reads them besides HR anyway.

RGAL

How are you applying to JPM's internship program? I too am interested in applying; however, there site has been down and I have not been able to do so.

Thanks

^im applying through my school
