How do you guys attempt the passage question.

Do you go in the order of the question.

Personally, I read the passage first and then answer the questions. I practiced with this method on the chapter review questions in CB's Study Guide and got all or most of them correct this way.

Ok do you do the question in the way the appear or?

it depends which way works for you. personally, if i'm not interested in a passage, i mark each line that a question is on, and after i read the line, i answer the corresponding question. if i cant, i read a little more (probably till the end of the paragraph), then try again. it helps keep me focused, and sometimes i see answers from earlier questions later in the passage that might have tricked me had i read the whole passage at once. having said that, if i'm actually interested in the subject matter of the passage, i tend to read the whole passage through, because when i like a reading, i tend to absorb all of the information well. you just have to see what works for you.

I usually always went in order, answering only those questions that i was almost sure of having the correct answer. I skipped the ones i wasnt sure about, and returned to them later.

Short passage: First read questions, then passage
Long Passage: First passage, then questions
Dual Passages: Read first passage, answer questions for first passage. Read second passage, answer questions for second passage. Answer questions relating to both passages last.

read the passage
break down the questions, each answer nad underline clues to why it isnt that answer (really helps)
