crap...

Dude, I just realized CAS requires 3 units of language and I've only taken 2..... What should I do??? Will I still be admissable? HEEEEEEELPPPPP SOMEONE!!!!!!!

I'd imagine that you wouldn't be if you didn't meet something that is required

Well it's kinda strange. They want to interview me, but If I didn't have all the things I needed, why would they want to?

I'm pretty sure every applicant is entitled to an interview- but it's not really an interview, it's more of an information session...I don't get why you'd ask a question if you seem to already have your own answer to it.

: ' ( I just don't know....

yeah, cornell doesnt do interviews for A&S. they have informal interviews aka information sessions.

If you didn't meet the requirement, it should be explained in a letter according to the website. If you had an extra free period instead of a language class one year, I'd get worried, but if you were taking a pretty full schedule they might let it slide.

FYI, I emailed about dropping spanish for senior year and they wrote back saying "we require 3 years of l language, or 2 each of 2 languages, but we prefer for all A&S students to have 4 years of language." <-thats paraphrase...

what does CAS stand for anyways?

College of Arts + Sciences

Yes, the College of Arts and Sciences that I've now been accepted too..... ahhhh :)

Congratulations, Dre.

haha sorry Dre, guess I was wrong(about the language requirement), but congrats!!
