Crappy junior year, mediocre freshman year, and good senior and sophomore years?

So...umm basically my junior year SUCKED. Here were my grades.

APUSH: B
Chemistry: C
AP Euro: C
AP English Lang: A
Algebra II (Pre-AP): C first semester, B second.
Spanish I: B
Band: B (don't ask)

Freshman Year was...okay I guess (minus my English grade)
Algebra I (Adv): B
Biology (Adv): A
Health/Gym: A (two half credits)
Economics (Adv): A (half credit)
Political Science (Adv): B (half credit)
English I (Adv): C (the funny thing is, this was the same teacher I had for AP Lang).
Choir: A
Band: A

Sophomore Year:
English II (Adv): A
ICP (Adv): B
Choir: A
Geometry (Adv): B
World Civ (Adv): A (three-way tie for highest average)
Art (A first semester, B second)
Band: B (don't ask again)

Senior Year I have straight A's. My classes are Photography; 3 classes for Dual Credit: College Algebra, Sociology, and Freshman Compositon; Band; AP Psychology (online); AP Gov; Computer Apps; and Spanish II.

My question is: how is this going to affect Financial Aide? I'm going to an accept-all school (My sister got in with a 2.3 GPA and an ACT score of 17). I have a 3.5 GPA and a 27 on my ACT.

Subscores:
English: 29
Reading: 28
Science: 26
Math: 23 (I'm stupid, I know. Try to avoid the criticism).

What school?
