i researched some universities, and some med schools require calculus.
However, some schools do state that "Advanced placement credits may satisfy this requirement (Calculus AB - 1 semester, Calculus BC - 2 semesters). "

How about CLEP? Would taking CLEP instead of AP not satisfy the requirement?

I dunno how it works at other universities, but at UMichigan, the AP credit will satisfy your calculus courses, but it is still recommended to take a math course of some time such as statistics

I would definitely take two semesters of math at college. Some medical schools don't take AP credit and rest assured that no medical school would place AP credit above good grades in a university math course. You could enhance your BCMP GPA by taking a second or third year calculus class if you took Calc BC because most anything you will learn in the sequence after BC is simple multivariable calulus, which to quote my math teacher means, "You're not going to learn anything new, just apply to concepts you have already learned."
