<p>Does UT Austin take credits from local community colleges, like Cy Fair, or even the University of Houston? Or do they just count the credits, but do not add them towards your GPA??</p>
<p>I was thinking of taking my core classes (Biology, Eng...) somewhere locally during the summer to boost my GPA. Would it help my GPA or would it just get the credits out of the way?</p>
