Critique my schedule?

I am a little worried about my schedule for the fall so I would like to get an idea of what others think. I have a unique situation in that I will be taking classes at two different campuses - same university. I go to Arizona State University and I live right next to the west campus but plan on commuting the Tempe campus MWF by taking my university shuttle. It takes an hour on the shuttle to get to get to Tempe from the west campus.

These are the classes I plan on taking.

Organic Chemistry 1 MWF 7:30 - 8:20 AM
Organic Chemistry 1 Lab W 8:30 - 11:20 AM
Organic Chemistry Recitation M 9:30 AM - 10:20 AM
Calculus for the Life Sciences MWF (Tempe Campus)
Physics MWF 4:30 -5:45 PM
Physics Lab T 10:30 AM - 1:15 PM
Public Speaking 9:00 AM - 10:15 AM
Religions of the world [Online Class]

I am not really worried about course load because I took two labs and a math class with two electives spring of my freshman year and made all A's. I have good time management. What I am worried about is starting at 7:30 on Monday and ending at 5:45 in the afternoon. Monday and Wednesday are my heavy days while my other days are light.

The teacher who teaches the early o chem class is a great instructor, the best o chem teacher at ASU, but I don't know if I could wake up that early every MWF. I would have to be at the shuttle by 6:00 AM to make it to the class which is early. The good things is he posts his lectures online every day so you can view them same day so I wouldn't technically have to go. There is also a hybrid section of the class where I only have to go on the days of the exams and watch all lectures online.

I took the physics class at the west campus because he is a better instructor at 4:30 PM on M and W, I think it makes sense because I have to take the shuttle back from Tempe to west anyway. So after that class I can just drive home. T and R classes all at west and F all at Tempe. Am I crazy? Will I be exhausted on M and W? Sorry this post is so long!

Thanks for any suggestions!

Don’t start off with a class with the expectation that you don’t have to attend it!

Your schedule looks exhausting to me, mostly because of the early hours, but I’m not a morning person. If you are, you should be fine.

Personally I would be exhausted with hours like that! Trust me a class in the evening is usually not fun… Especially if you are starting class at 7:30. Even though you have breaks between classes, the feeling of being done with classes for the day at a reasonable time is one of the best feelings ever.

That’s what I was thinking, it sucks that the only time available that fits with my schedule is the 4:30 Physics class. Is a 4:30 class that late? What would you suggest I change? My mom thinks my schedule is crazy.

I forgot to add the public speaking class is on T and R.
