<p>The prompt is basically write about something so that the committee can learn something about you that isn't otherwise reflected elsewhere in your application.</p>
<p>I had someone read this essay and they completely didn't get it, whereas I thought that the message was quite clear. I need other critiques just to make sure that I'm not crazy here. </p>
