I am currently at NYU and majoring in Computer Science. Do you think it will be more beneficial to do a double major with Economics or minor in Econ? Does the added degree or minor provide a substantial advantage that makes it worth it to take the extra classes? Also, I was considering doing the Pre-business minor available at CAS. What would you suggest i do?

I was under the impression that the pre-business "minor" isn't actually a minor, but a track of classes. Essentially, you would take economics, stats, and a couple of other Stern courses to fulfill it. I guess it depends on how heavy your workload is to fulfill your major requirements in Comp Sci, as well as how many classes you'd have to take for an economics major/minor. (I don't know how many, so I can't make a reasonable judgement)
