CS170 and CS161 as undeclared

<p>Hello guys, I'm going to take 61C in the fall and declare at the end of fall. I missed the 3.4 early declaration by 0.05. What is the chance of getting into CS170 and CS161 (Wagner is teaching) if I phase 1 both for the spring?</p>

<p>Looks like you cannot enroll in or get on the waitlist for UD CS courses during phase 1 unless you are declared EECS or L&S CS major. Others can get on the waitlist during phase 2. The waitlist is then enrolled as space is available after phase 2 is over.</p>
