<p>Apparently I received a letter from Cal Grant on August 23 saying that I had to complete the G-35 form in order to still be considered for the Cal Grant program. However, since I've been at school for the summer, I didn't get to open this letter until today. Today is Sunday and the post office is closed. Tomorrow is Monday so the post office is closed as well. On Tuesday, it will be exactly 14 days from August 23...</p>
<p>So my question is, will it be considered late if I have my envelope post marked by Tuesday? I'm really worried because this is a lot of money and I would have done it a lot earlier had I known I received this letter :/. Also, do you think the offices are open for me to call them tomorrow even though it's Labor Day? I'm getting quite anxious...</p>
