Does anyone knows if international students can request a CSS Profile fee waiver from universities/colleges with no application fees?
Usually these are not available to international students.

You should email each college individually asking for the CSS waiver code. Alternatively, you may also ask if they would allow you to submit the ISFAA (which is free of cost) instead of the Profile. But keep in mind that some colleges may refuse to give you the code. I emailed all my preferences for codes and only one of them refused to give it.
