CSS Profile - Divorced Parents?

Hey everybody. I'm filling out my CSS Profile right now and I have a problem that I don't know how to get around.

My parents are legally divorced, but they don't live any differently from when they were married. Nothing has changed except for the fact that they are labeled as "divorced" now. I live with both of my parents and there's no need for child support or anything like that. My mother filed for bankruptcy and that's the reason why she filed for divorce.

For the noncustodial parent form part of the CSS Profile, they have a lot of questions pertaining to everything that does not apply to me...because my parents aren't really living like divorced parents.

What do I do? Should I just list them as married since nothing changed?

if they are legally divorced, you must list them as divorced. You should be filling out the profile with your custodial parent, and your non-custodial parent will most likely have to file the non-custodial profile

In this case (since you live with both equally) I believe your custodial parent would be the one who earns the larger amount, and is assumed to provide the greater percentage of your financial support. This is the parent you would use on the FAFSA as well, I believe.
