I applied to Harvard early and submitted an estimated 07-08 CSS Profile by November 1, 2006. My family now has more exact financial data. For other colleges, I would like to submit an edited css/profile, but the website doesn't seem to offer the tool to make corrections. Does anyone have any insights? Thanks!

You can't make changes to a submitted Profile online, unlike the Fafsa. Did you print out your report? If so, make photocopies, make the corrections by hand, and mail in the corrected copies to Harvard.

If you didn't make photocopies, you can still print out the submitted info. Sign on to the Profile website, go to "Add Colleges to Submitted Application" then "Application Review." There you'll find all of the information from the submitted Profile. Print it out, make corrections by hand, then mail the corrected copy to Harvard.

While we're at it, can I just remind everyone that if you're mailing something to a college via USPS, it's definately worth an extra 50 cents (60 cents for a package) for delivery confirmation?

For new schools, my DH made changes online to the Profile that was submitted in Nov. to the EA school. Guess the system allows this if you're sending for the first time to those schools. For the EA school (my S was deferred) where we already send the initial Profile, we can't make corrections online but will have to send in the printed copy with corrections handwritten on it.

Thank you springfieldmom and jerzgrlmom! I called the financial aid office and handwritten corrections is also what they told me.

You're welcome... use that delivery confirmation!
