CSU East Bay, Long Beach, or Cal Poly SLO

I'm majoring in accounting right now. Does East Bay have a good accounting marking?? How well does it compare to Cal Poly and Long Beach because I heard these 2 have good rating in accounting but really hard to get in is this true?
I'm transferring and so far I believe only East Bay said I will be accepted if I submit and take all the courses like I said, still waiting on Cal Poly SOL and Long Beach. Also how hard is it to get into Cal Poly SOL and Long Beach? My GPA is currently 3.2 maybe 3.3 once this semester finish if I get A's in both my classes.

Also, I am hoping to take up Japanese language and looking for good internships. Does any of these school offer good Japanese classes?
As for internships I know most universities provide those so how well does these colleges rate when it comes to internships and job opportunities.

East Bay is a commuter school without a strong language program.
Lomg Beach and Cal Poly are probably better choices.

Each school’s web site should have course catalogs and schedules in which you can look up the desired language courses to see if they are offered.
