Hello CC! I'm asian and i'll be a senior next school year and i was planning to attend at CSU East Bay, because they offer the major that I want and some CSU dont. I was planning to major Medical/Clinical Laboratory Technology. So my question is does CSUEB hard to get in? Do they offer full ride scholarship? I really want to go in there but the problem is i came from a low-low income family. What is the process in applying?

I believe CSU East Bay is one of the easier of the CSUs to get into.

CSUEB isn’t terribly difficult for admission, but be aware that some majors are impacted (I think Nursing and Business Admin for sure - not sure if your major falls under the “Nursing” category), so there may be extra requirements to be admitted for those majors (like a higher GPA).

Being a CSU, most likely you will only be granted state/federal aid based off your FAFSA application.

To apply to any CSU, google “CSUMentor” or go to the CSU Mentor website and instructions and valuable info is all there. Also, be sure to let your school academic counselor know you intend to apply to a CSU so they can help as well.

Well since its local for id say easy. People my my high school go there for CSU or San Jose. For community college Chabot :/
