CSU to CCC to UC?

Hi, I completed my freshman year at CSU Fullerton and I'm going to a community college for my sophomore year. I completed 26 credits at CSUF and I was wondering if I would be considered a community college transfer if I completed the rest of the required 60 credits at a community college.

yes, however you must be careful about unit limits, because you have units from a four-year university. like i took a couple classes at CSUF my senior year of high school, and went to cc. but now i have a unit limit and am only allowed to have around 80 units total (depending on the school). Depending on their policy, the unit limit could be both CSUF+CC units together, or CSUF+ a max of 70 CC units and that cannot go over the total they set or else you will be considered inelegible for admissions as a junior level transfer and will be automatically denied. like for example, im transferring to UCLA and they only allow 86.5 units from both CSUF and CC combined.

Thanks Bookham. Community College transfers get priority admission right? Also, would I be considered a community college transfer as long as I take more credits at a community college than at CSUF?
