So my girlfriend got a letter of rejection basically stating that she had not completed the golden 4, because she was missing Oral Communications. She completed her Oral Communications during this past Fall. I looked up and it states that the Golden 4 had to be completed by the end of Summer. Is it the Summer before applying or Summer before transfer?
Summer before applying if that is the requirement. If she feels she meets the requirements then she should try to appeal and provide documentation to support her case.
Is she applying for fall 2017? If so, all golden fours must be completed by Spring 2017
