I am a pre-nursing major looking to transfer to CSULB/ CSUSB for Fall 16’
I currently have a 3.5 and should finish with a 3.6
My GE’s are complete with exception of political science/american govt. which I will be taking this coming winter
My nursing pre-reqs stats:
Stats A
Anatomy A-
Physiology (spring 2016)
Microbiology (summer 2016)
English A
Communication B
Health Chem A
Seeing as I most likely won’t finish these until summer, I plan to apply to their school of nursing during the spring/ winter admissions.
Does this affect my chance of getting in to the school for fall even though I will have my required 60 credits by the end of spring?
Should I just write on my application that I will be taking Phys and Micro in the same semester (which is possible, btw but not recommended)
And if I were to get A’s on Phys and Micro, it will put my major/ science GPA at 3.8 and my cumulative still at 3.6 would I have a good chance to get into the nursing program?
