Hey, I will be attending CSULB this fall. I am an out of state student, and I am currently looking over residence halls. Any current students have any input on whats good and whats not, and anything helpful I should know?

Thanks!

Tyler, the first thing you should know is that you should get your paperwork in right away. Housing is not guaranteed and they usually have long waiting lists, although I have been told they work through the lists and get most kids placed by the time school starts. Two of the dorms are very traditional dorms with shared bathrooms on the wing. The others are suite-like. There are descriptions on the website. They are all located close together and there seems to be a pretty active residential community. Good luck in getting the dorm you want.
