<p>So, I went to EPGY after 7th grade and loved it, but I'm trying to decide on what summer program to do when I am a rising sophomore.</p>
<p>Out of the 3 programs, which is the most prestigious and/or academically rigorous?</p>

<p>I went to CTY and I don’t know too much about the other programs, but I think EPGY and CTY are a little more prestigious than JSA. </p>
<p>You had the EPGY experience, so you know how that is. At CTY, the classes can be really hard and can be really not hard, but still interesting. It really depends on what you take. I took Astronomy (Astrophysics now?), Fast-Paced High School Biology, Number Theory, and Cryptology and I enjoyed them all. Number Theory was really rigorous and was the most abstract (hence “theory”), but Crypto was my favorite and the class was super interesting. I can give specific things about other classes from my friends, too. I recommend CTY to anyone and everyone because it was one of the most amazing experiences I ever had and I might be a little biased. </p>
<p>I think they’re probably all really similar, though.</p>
