It appeals to me as I have a full-time job that I enjoy and don’t want to leave. Anyone knows anything they can share about it?

I have been in the CUNY online program now for two semesters. They are tremendously professional with classes that not only help you get your degree but also gives you knowledge that you can use in the work place. I was very impressed by the way that the teachers respond so quickly to any questions that you have and that the overall program was there to assist you in anything you needed. The online classroom interface is also very user friendly filled with multimedia content to enhance your learning experience. Best of all, it carries the CUNY name, so you do not need to worry about putting it on the resume and people thinking it is a fake degree. The schedule fits very well into a working person’s day and it is geared around people with all different responsibilities. Overall, I would definitely recommend the CUNY online program for anyone who is looking to finish their degree online.

I am a CUNY Student at City College. Although I am not enrolled full time for the online program, I have taken two courses and have found the following - It can go either way, some material is difficult to understand and needs to be explained by a professional. The program is ok for some classes, but makes things more difficult in certain aspects. A classroom environment has always and always will be the best way to learn, as you can learn just as much from the other students as you do from the professor. I took a mathematics course online and found it extremely difficult to teach myself the material. I am a quick learner. What degree are you interested in pursuing?
I would highly recommend speaking to a college counselor, as they may have some advice on the courses you may want to take, and if it is feasible to take those courses online.
